This hotel is situated right underneath the final approach path for Stockholm's regional airport in Bromma. This airport sees a lot of local traffic with some rare and special commuter and business planes. The hotel is at 15 minutes walking distance from the Bromma terminal, but can also be reached easily by public transport. We asked for an airport facing room, explaining our hobby, but unfortunately this request was not granted at first. It appeared to be a misunderstanding as most customers prefer a room on the other (quieter) side of the hotel. So we went back to the counter and explained our request. For a small fee we got upgraded to a family room on the prior to top floor.

As we visited this hotel just at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the top floor gym was closed and we could not review that view. Our room was pretty neat with a good twin bed and plenty of power sockets. The room faces the runway over some buildings, but it is well visible. The window can be slightly opened, but not enough for a camera to peak through. If this view is not sufficient enough, a short walk to the elevator gives a view of the aircraft flying directly overhead the hotel. This window can be opened completely and is great for spotting.

The hotel is  a short 10 minute walk from the scenic spotting places of Bromma Airport, so you will have a great time staying in this hotel.
