Although this is not specifically an airport hotel, this hotel offers great views of the southern approach path for Toulouse Blagnac Airport. When asking for a high floor room facing west, our wish was granted nicely. This hotel has a nice outdoor pool from where spotting is possible as well (just keep flightradar with you). The room itself is really good with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever encountered, a kitchenette and even a dishwasher.

The window can be opened completely so you have clear view to the planes passing by. Your view also includes the horse racing track and a tram and train line as you are close to a public transport hub. Travel to the city as well as to the airport or the Aeroscopia museum is really easy. We visited this hotel back in 2016, but we highly recommend it to anyone who likes to spot airplanes but does not want to book an expensive airport hotel.
